Teacher Professional Leave, an initiative within Blueprint Flagship Strategy 5, aims to further develop teacher capacity. It offers teachers opportunities to enhance their classroom practice and contribute to improved outcomes within the school and system.
Teachers who take professional leave are required to share their learnings with colleagues through Knowledge Bank and regional forums.
